Food as medicine and medicine as food – and we have 3 meals plus snacks each day to deliver nutritious and delicious medicine to ourselves and families.

I love local, fresh, organic or pesticide-free, happy food. I love to play in the kitchen…

smoothies, elixirs, infusions, meals, raw food recipes, body care and aromatherapy.

I love to keep it simple and vibrant.

I love plant medicine and spring water.

I don’t love to measure and repeat… I’ve done my best to provide amounts for ingredients but I encourage you to begin to play with your food. Let loose in the kitchen. Put love and joy in your food!
