Nurture your Nature: fall day-retreat for hormone balance

September 29th – Enjoy a day of yoga, breathwork, vibrant food, self-massage, nature and community in Bragg Creek. This Ayurveda-inspired retreat kicks off the fall 21-day detox from the book Nourish. You do not need to be joining the detox in order to enjoy the retreat.
