I AM GROUNDED
Root chakra is our base of support. If this energy centre is weak, we often do not have the strength to weather life’s conditions. Or, at least, not as gracefully as we’d like.
Foods: Root vegetables like beets, onion, potatoes, parsnips, radishes and turnips. Protein is grounding. Enjoy eggs, meats (if you eat them) and nut butters.
Daily living: Go outside. Hike, walk, cycle, sit or lie on the earth. Lean against a tree. Garden. Visit a farm. Pick your own food. Have a picnic. Plant a tree.
